Should an item ordered become unavailable, a representative from our customer service department will contact you as soon as possible to discuss specific details about your order; and provide possible alternatives for the missing product(s). If you are unreachable the unavailable item(s) will be removed from your order and the remaining contents will be shipped. It takes approximately three to five (3 - 5) business days for a package to be shipped anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping delays may be encountered if your order is placed during holiday rushes, technical difficulties, or intense weather conditions that otherwise disable Rapture Gold Women's Suits Collects from functioning at the corporate office. Typically it takes between ten to fourteen (10 - 14) business days to receive your item(s) if it is not stored in our local warehouse. There will be no notification of items with shipping delays. Shoes are not exchangeable. We will accept returns on new un-touched factory damaged shoes (non-dyed shoes), Dyeables shoes are dyed shoes are not returnable or exchangeable. There is a 50% restocking fee that will be applied to all shoe returns or order Canceled. All order placed on line must be returned within 7 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the shoes and you must have a return authorization from us for us to accept the merchandise. All returned packages must have a return authorization number. All shoe returns must be returned to us 7 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. Shoes must not be worn or dyed. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees.
We offer a three day exchange policy from the time you receive your product. If you plan to return an item you MUST email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Numberwithin seventy-two (72) hours. The Return Authorization Number must be placed on the outside of the returned package or it will be refused. (There are no returns on group orders.) Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, store credit will be issued for the remaining balance. All returned items must include the item's original tags and packaging. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned. Shipping is non refundable.
All refunds are issued in the form of store credit after restocking fees are applied. Customer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges for returning an item.Refunds and exchanges will not be authorized for ordering an Incorrect size. There are absolutely No Returns On Any Group Orders, Knits Suits, Clearance Suits, Special Order Shoes, Dyeable Shoes, Or Furs, All sales Are Final. No Exceptions!
(Please check the size charts before you order.) Package Refusal Refused packages will be charged the restocking fee of 50% plus the cost and fees of the shipping process. The remaining balance will be issued in the form of store credit. Store Credit Store credit is issued for returned or out of stock items. Please notify us via phone upon our receipt of your package (usually three business days after you have shipped the item), and place your new order. YOU MUST ORDER VIA PHONE TO USE STORE CREDIT! All orders dealing with store credit must be called in within 30 days.
Store credit must be used within 60 days. Order Cancellation We
cannot cancel any orders after twenty-four (24) hours for any
reason. If your order was placed on a weekend, or a holiday, you
have until the end of the next business day (5PM EST) to cancel an
order; otherwise it will be shipped. To cancel your order, you must
contact us by phone. You cannot cancel an order by E-mail. Once your
order has shipped, you will need to follow the return policy above.
RESTOCKING If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we
will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 50% of
the amount of order, plus all freight charges.
